The only thing that can really be said about this game in a bid to describe it, is that the reels feature symbols of what appears to be morphed fruit. And it appears to have morphed into an almost creature-like form, with tentacles, pods and almost mouth-looking additions. Spinning the reels sets the accompanying music off into a sci-fi blast that is perfectly suited to the game, and really helps bring it to life.

This game has a great feature that sets the reels off on a re-spin if you should create a winning combination. The winning symbols will stick in place for the re-spin, and should any more of the same symbols appear on the reels, these will also stick and send the reels on a re-spin again. The re-spins also increase the multiplier that can be seen across the top of the reels, and the re-spins will continue until no further matching symbols appear.

Fruitoids is a unique game within its own right, providing almost monstrous symbols and a compelling soundtrack. The re-spins feature is a great addition, offering up multiple chances to create winning combinations and activate win multipliers. Although this is the only special feature that is included in the game, it’s a very welcome one that provides an additional entertaining perk.
